These Terms of Service govern your use of the CCQR platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CCQR, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using CCQR on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
CCQR provides a platform for creating and managing dynamic QR codes, short links, and custom domains with analytics tracking. Our services include QR code generation and customization, short link creation and management, analytics and reporting, team collaboration features, and API access for programmatic use.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CCQR to: create QR codes or links that direct to malicious, harmful, or illegal content; distribute spam, phishing, or malware; infringe on intellectual property rights of others; impersonate any person or entity; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. QR Codes and Short Links
You retain ownership of the content you create and link through CCQR. We reserve the right to disable or remove QR codes and short links that violate these terms or our acceptable use policy. Dynamic QR codes and short links depend on our service being operational; we are not liable for temporary unavailability.
6. Intellectual Property
CCQR and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CCQR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without express written permission.
7. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCQR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCQR and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CCQR shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of CCQR after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
